What are my covered medical services?
There are no copays for covered medical services when you visit a MCC of FL network provider. Your MCC of FL covered medical services include benefits such as:
- Annual check-ups
- Hearing services
- Non-emergency transportation
- Oral surgery
- Radiology and nuclear medicine
- Shots (immunizations)
- Vision services

What are my covered behavioral health services?
There are times when you may need to speak to a therapist or counselor to help you with problems you’re facing. Magellan Complete Care of Florida members receive a wide range of behavioral health services such as:
- Individual, family, and group therapy
- Psychosocial rehabilitation
- Substance abuse treatment/ detoxification services
- Targeted case management
- Treatment planning

How do I get and use my benefits?
You will see your PCP for most of your regular healthcare needs. For some services, MCC of FL requires a referral from your PCP or other health care provider before you go to your appointment. This is used to make sure that the service you’re asking for is needed and medically right for you.
